When you look at the picture in the book you can just see this barn. Pretty good shape isn't it?The 3rd picture I'm standing facing south. The log house would have been directly behind me and the barn behind the house. About 100 yards through the forest is the CN tracks & Jim would have walked east to town. The last picture is of our good friends Bob & Jo Ann Rotz home on the same property which was once the Vanderbeck home stead.So the picture in the book was taken from the south east corner of the property
